I wrote and illustrated a fun (Japanese) dictionary about beer! The book came out in June 2016, from Seibundo-Shinkosha. I talk about the history, the science and evolution, the styles, craft brewers in Japan, and funny facts about beer. The book is in Japanese, but here are some illustrations from the book.
